 To get detailed help (including examples) of any of the options you see on your screen, you can click on the blue questionmark icons.
The Whitelist & Blacklist section allows you to Exempt (Whitelist) or Ban/Restrict (Blacklist) individual E-Mail addresses or whole domains (all@domain.com).
The bottom of the screen lists all your current Whitelists and Blacklists. By default, Alpha1 has a master list that includes all the domains we host (so you don't have to whitelist yourself) and some of major companies like EBay, Airlines, etc.
Common examples are:
- tom@example.com - which would ONLY include this particular address
- *@example.com - which would include anyone with an address coming from scooby.com
- *@*.example.com - which is used for domains with many sending servers like tom@first.example.com and tom@second.example.com
