Select 'POP' in the 'Account Type' blank.
Type your E-Mail address in the 'Description:' AND 'Email Address' blank.
Under 'Full Name', type in your name in correct CaPiTaLiZaTiOn how you would like others to see it.
Type in your mail server in the 'Incoming Mail Server' blank.
- If your E-Mail address is something@myalpha1.net, then your mail server is 'mail.myalpha1.net'.
- If you have Domain/Web hosting services with Alpha1, then your mail server is 'mail.domain.com' - where domain.com is your actual domain.
Type in your account name (AKA username, login or pop3/webmail login) in the 'User Name' blank.
- If your E-Mail address is someone@myalpha1.net, then your account name is the name before the @ sign (someone).
- If you have Domain/Web hosting services with Alpha1, then your account name can be found in the Control Panel. If you have Control Panel access, the account name is listed in the POP3/WebMail login column. If you need your account name, please contact your domain administrator in your offices or call our support team at 210-448-7877.
Type in your password in the 'Password' blank.
ONCE ALL THE ABOVE IS FINISHED, click the pull-down menu on 'Outgoing mail Server (SMTP)' ad select 'Add Server'.
