Colocation Policy
The customer's equipment will reside at Creative Biznet, Inc.'s (d/b/a "Alpha1")offices in San Antonio, Texas. This Agreement is for all computer system and associated peripherals. The colocated equipment will be attached to Alpha1's network via one port of a 10/100baseT ethernet switch.
Customer must provide insurance for their equipment. Alpha1's office is protected by a monitoring system, however Alpha1 bears no responsibility for losses due to theft, fire, or other damage.
Access to Customer equipment is provided during Alpha1's regular business hours of 8 AM to 8 PM weekdays or 24/7 via a digital access key.
If desired, Alpha1 will provide data monitoring services for Customer's equipment via the SNMP protocol giving the customer full access to their bandwidth/data usage.
The Colocation Agreement does not include system administration services. At the Customer's request, a Alpha1 staff members can reboot or power cycle the Customer's system. System Administration services are available at Alpha1s's standard consulting rates.
Alpha1 reservices the right to modify this policy at any time in it's sole and absolute discretion.
