Paper (mailed) invoices are available for established members that choose to be billed in Quarterly, Semi-Annually or Annual billing. Members that wish Monthly invoicing, may choose Automatic E-Mail invoices. Automatic E-Mail invoices are available and can be delivered at any interval. E-Mail invoices arrive in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. We accept all forms of personal checks, money orders and bank checks. Payments can be mailed to our address found at the bottom of this web page. Please make sure the payment is clearly identified for whom or what company the payment is to be credited and include an Account ID # or Invoice # if possible. Bounced checks are subject to a $25.00 free.
